ABOUT riverside haven
Riverside Haven is located in Healesville on the banks of the Watts River. It provides a relaxing, tranquil retreat from the business of life, yet is only 1.5km from the centre of Healesville, with its vibrant cafe scene, wineries and shops.
Wake each morning to bird song and enjoy a coffee on the sunny, north facing deck. Or relax in the evening by the river and maybe spot a platypus.
The property has a productive orchard and veggie garden. You may like to pick some fresh fruit or berries in season, to add to your breakfast.
The area has many bush walking tracks of varying lengths and challenges, including Maroondah Dam, Donnellys Weir and Mt St Leonard. You can relax after a day out hiking in the two person far infrared sauna, or chill out in the hammock by the river.
Please note this lovely private self contained unit is attached to the main house.

Only a short 5 minute drive from Riverside Haven is Four Pillars Gin. Enjoy some small bites of Made From Gin goods and other tasty snacks for you to enjoy alongside a mini G&T paddle or one of their gin cocktail specials!
Healesville Sanctuary is only a 15 minute drive away where you can see kangaroos, koalas, emus, kookaburras and so many more beautiful Aussie animals!
A short 10 minute drive away is the Tarrawarra Estate and Museum of Art. Enjoy a beautiful lunch in the restaurant, a wine tasting in their cellar door and you can book a tour and wander through the Museum.
Here at Riverside Haven you are only a 4 minute drive into Healesville’s Main Street, where you will find countless shops, cafes and fantastic venues to eat and drink.
